December 13, 2021 - MCSCAAA members held their final 2021 Planning Meeting for the 2022 TCPAAA State Convention tonight, which is scheduled for next June at Margaritaville Lake Resort on Lake Conroe. Many preparations have been accomplished over the last few months by the planning committees, and with just six months remaining before the convention, early 2022 will see a beehive of activities underway to complete all the preparations necessary to be ready to host as many as 400 attendees at Margaritaville in mid-June. Members also brought numerous deserts to the meeting, and after the work was done, enjoyed a huge "sweet-feast" to celebrate the planning accomplishments realized thus far, and the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays. Everyone seemed ready to hit the ground running in January to make sure we have a great convention ready for the many people from around the state that will be coming to Montgomery County for the convention.
